Emily Bentley is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on matrimonial and family law. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and was admitted to the New York Bar in June of 2022. Prior to joining Gorlick, Kravitz, and Listhaus, P.C., Emily served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne, P.J.F.P. in Bergen County Superior Court, Family Part where she worked on cases involving all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including pre-judgement and post-judgement dissolution matters, non-dissolutions matters, and contested adoptions. While attending law school, Emily served as a Senior Editor on Pace Law Review. Prior to law school, she worked at a commercial real estate law firm.
