About

Fozzia Aden is an immigration attorney in our Legal Services Department with a focus on family-based immigration, waivers, adjustment of status, naturalization, and humanitarian relief. She provides strategic legal guidance to individuals navigating complex immigration matters and is committed to delivering client-centered, solution-oriented representation. Ms. Aden earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and holds a Master of Laws(LL.M.) from the University at Buffalo School of Law.  Prior to entering private practice, she worked with nonprofit legal organizations where she supported the underserved immigrant populations and developed a strong foundation in humanitarian-based relief. She is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
