Katelyn M. Moloney became a Partner of the Firm in January, 2023. Ms. Moloney earned her Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in May 2014. Since her admission to the Bar, she has practiced extensively in the areas of Family Law and Domestic Relations and have participated in numerous matrimonial actions and Family Court Proceedings in the Supreme Court and Family Court of the State of New York, including actions for divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, Orders of Protection, enforcement proceedings and modification proceedings.

Ms. Moloney also has expertise in the field of immigration law, particularly family-based immigration applications. She has briefed appeals in the Appellate Division, Second Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. She has received Pro Bono Recognition awards annually from 2015-2019 from the Safe Center of Long Island for her dedication and service to victims of domestic violence.
