Lulu Jing is an associate attorney in GKL’s litigation department, where she represents clients on a wide variety of labor and employment litigations in both federal and state courts. Lulu’s practice focuses on all areas of ERISA litigation matters, including benefit claims, claims by trustees of multiemployer plans for delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability matters.

Prior to joining GKL, Lulu’s litigation practice focuses on representing survivors of domestic violence in both New York Family Court and New York State Supreme Court. While in law school, Lulu interned at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Ohio. Lulu was also a judicial fellow with Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. She is a native Mandarin speaker.
