Syretta J. Martin is a senior associate at GKL practicing in the area of employee benefits. Ms. Martin has years of experience representing multiemployer Taft-Hartley plans and single employer plans in matters concerning ERISA plan administration and operation, service provider agreements and disputes, as well as employee benefit delinquency litigation. Ms. Martin also has knowledge and experience assisting employee benefit plans with compliance matters pertaining to CAA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and state-specific benefit regulations.
Ms. Martin earned her Juris Doctor from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College. She is also a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
