Lulu Jing is an associate attorney in GKL's litigation department, where she focuses on ERISA Litigation. Lulu works on a variety of ERISA litigation matters, including benefit claims, claims by trustees of multiemployer plans for delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability matters.
Prior to joining GKL, Lulu's litigation practice focuses on representing survivors of domestic violence in both New York Family Court and New York State Supreme Court.
Lulu received her Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she served as Senior Editor of Case Western Reserve Journal of Law, Technology & the Internet (JOLTI) and as Associate Editor of Canada-United States Law Journal. While at Case Western, Lulu worked at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Ohio. Lulu was also a judicial fellow with Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals.
Lulu is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is a native Mandarin speaker.
