Jonathan Sobel is an associate in the firm's litigation department, where he represents clients in ERISA delinquency litigation, bankruptcy matters, and judgment enforcement. Mr. Sobel also has experience representing clients in Article 78 proceedings and landlord-tenant cases, as well as NLRB, FLSA, employment discrimination, personal injury, and criminal defense cases.
Mr. Sobel received a Bachelor in Arts from the Ohio State University in 2012, and a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2015. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
